Job Info –
To support the Turbomachinery Gas Seal Support System business globally by providing, business data analysis and reporting. The main function of this roles include, tracking customer enquiries, quotation lead time, resource availability, KPI’s, quantitative and qualitative business data analysis and reporting. Other responsibilities include data modeling, design & development of reporting solutions in a Microsoft tools environment.
Responsibilities
- Track & monitor leads & opportunities and keep track of commitments to internal & external stakeholders.
- Identify necessary resources to meet customer and business commitments and escalate to management on time.
- Develop metrics and meaningful reports to communicate progress to senior management.
- Report overall performance to key stakeholder on monthly basis.
- Understand customer expectation and analyze & interpret market trends to improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Preparation of monthly reports and dash boards to monitor progress and highlight future opportunities. Provide insight into key data points
- Communicate the results of data analysis in verbal, written and presentation form to management.
- Maintain databases and perform updates as necessary to ensure accuracy
- Regularly examine data reports to locate and resolve mistakes throughout
- Accurately analyze and collect data for various types of business reports
- Ensure health, safety, environmental and quality assurance procedures are met or exceeded.
